This sophisticated, modern condo is the result of NMI’s seamless integration of two adjacent units, creating a thoughtfully expanded and highly functional living space. The transformation included redefining space, restoring the original Marlo HVAC units, and introducing elegant large-format cork flooring to ground the design. At the heart of the home is a multi-zone layout that balances functionality with timeless elegance, featuring iconic furnishings by the likes of Corbusier, Breuer and Risom, sleek Poliform bookcases, and a museum-worthy art collection. The collection includes an original Mick Jagger Warhol, several Degas sketches, and a Picasso with a rich history—originally acquired by the clients’ parents during their time in France. A wealth of distinctive objects further enriches the space, enhancing the condo’s breathtaking lake views while reflecting the owners’ cultivated taste and unparalleled sense of style.
