Mies Van Der Rohe Condo
This highly functional, modern condo was born from NMI seamlessly combining an adjacent unit, expanding doorways, restoring the original Marlo HVAC units, and incorporating new large-format cork flooring. From there, we designed a multi-zone space plan with iconic furnishings, stunningly simple Poliform bookcases, a stellar art collection, and a wealth of interesting objects highlighting the condo’s stunning lake views along with its owners’ unique sense of style.
