After completing their first residence on this coveted North Shore street, our clients embraced the rare opportunity to acquire a larger property on a double lot just steps away—a truly exceptional find. We immediately set out updating the home to suit our clients vibrant personalities and exquisite taste in art. We took great care in paying homage to the era of the home while imbuing all of the spaces with character filled pieces of furniture from De La Espada, Moooi, & Tradition and a whole host of other vendors represented by our favorite multi-line showroom in Chicago, Haute Living. In an effort to expand the functionality of the home we added an addition to the 3rd floor, configured and renovated the primary bathroom and added an elegant study and bar addition to the first floor. An exceptional blend of textiles and rugs serve as the perfect backdrop for the clients growing contemporary art collection including works by renowned artists such as Liliana Porter, Joel Mesler, Clare Sherman and Leon Keer. This project beautifully embodies our philosophy: a seamless fusion of history, artistry and modern living tailored to elevate our clients’ lives.
